Eric Tung is a change management consultant, a business communications consultant, and a university instructor.
CHANGE MANAGEMENT
Eric develops and delivers enterprise-wide people, technology, and process change management programs for employees and external stakeholders. He implements change governance models, creates change tools, provides change advice, and develops comprehensive change strategies.
BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS
He is a specialized business communications consultant, providing expertise in RFPs and complex technical documents. Eric provides advice and guidance, or he writes content on behalf of your organization.
WRITING SEMINARS
Eric delivers custom business and technical writing seminars for both the private and public sector. Eric’s expertise is in teaching employees to write effective proposals and reports.
UNIVERSITY INSTRUCTOR
Eric is an instructor at both the University of British Columbia (UBC) and Simon Fraser University (SFU).
At UBC’s Writing Centre, Eric is an Instructor for UBC’s Certificate in Professional Communication, where he teaches:

Eric has a Masters of Arts in English from UBC, a Certificate in Executive General Management from the Sauder School of Business at UBC, and is Prosci Certified in Change Management.
